Asparagus soup

Ingredients
500 grams Asparagus, fresh 1 small Onions, raw 1 small (1-3/4" to 2-1/2" dia.) Potato, raw 1 dash Salt 1 tsp Turmeric, ground
Directions
Chop asparagus in 2cm stalks, potato in smaller cubes and chop onion. Heat a bit of ghee or olive oil in a pan and add onion. Let it simmer for a bit, than add asparagus and potato. Stir, add turmeric and salt. Pour 0,75L or 1L of water and cook for 30min. Mix in a blender.
