Crock Pot Shredded Italian Chicken

Ingredients
48 oz Tyson boneless, skinless chicken breast 1.5 cup Del Monte Diced Tomatoes, No Salt Added 1.5 serving Tomato products, Hunts Diced Tomatoes w/ Basil, Garlic, and Oregano 1 serving Garlic, Minced, Spice World (garlic,water,phosphoric acid) (by HANSOMEBOY) 2 oz Onion, sweet, raw 1 small (4" long) Banana Peppers .5 tsp Morton Table Salt (by LITTLELADY1996) 0.25 tsp Black Pepper (Ground) (by TIARENEE) 1 serving 2 tsp Italian Seasoning (by JULIE1933)
Directions
Place 3 large skinless boneless chicken breast in crock pot.
Add 2 cans of diced tomatoes - one flavored is my preference
Add 1 Tsp of Minced Garlic
Add 1/2 tsp salt
Add Italian Seasoning to taste
Add pepper to taste
Stir top ingredients
Cook in crock pot on high for 4 hours or low for 6-8 hours
Use knife and tongs to shred the chicken and serve!
