Eda's Baked Banana Oatmeal

Ingredients
.33 cup Canola Oil 32 tsp Splenda 3. cup dry Oatmeal (plain) 3 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh 1 tsp Cinnamon, ground 1 tsp Baking Powder 1 tsp Salt 1 cup Milk, 1% 1 tsp Vanilla Extract 2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
Directions
Mix together oil, sugar, eggs, banana. Add all remaining ingredients. Mix well. Pour into 9" x 13 " pan and bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Serve warm.
