crockpot chicken and noodles

Ingredients
4 boneless skinless chicken breast2 cups water4 chicken bouillion cubes1 pound egg noodles.salt and pepper to taste
Directions
put all the ingredients in with the exception of the noodles. cook on low for 8 hours. When 8 hours is up take the chicken and cut it up into bite-size pieces. Cook the noodles on stove top. I also sometimes add cornstach to thicken the sauce.
