Ingredients
0.50 cup Bob's Red Mill Tapioca Flour (by LIGHTNINGPAW) .5 cup Yellow Cornmeal 3 tsp Granulated Sugar 1 serving Salt, substitute: Morton, Salt Substitute, 1/4 tsp (1.2g)/serving 2 tsp Baking Powder 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw .5 cup Milk, 2%, with added nonfat milk solids, without added vit A .125 cup Olive Oil
Directions
preheat to 425*
put enough oil to cover bottom of small cast iron skillet, place in oven while you mix corn bread.
sift all dry ingredients, then add milk eggs and oil. stir until well blended and pour into hot skillet.
bake 17 minutes
