Ingredients
4 cup Selection Basmati Rice 1 cup kernels Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen 2 beets (2" dia, sphere) Beets, boiled 2 1tsp Grapeseed Oil 4 serving Bacon Private Selection (2 Slices) (by BOLTZNBREW)
Directions
Cut bacon into strips and fry in deep pan. Add corn, and beets and a 1/4 cup of water to deglaze pan. Add cooked rice and season to taste.
