Quinoa in Beef Broth

1 cup Quinoa 2 cups Beef Broth (low sodium)Your favourite seasonings
Directions
Rinse Quinoa to remove bitter coating to seeds. Bring 1 cup beef broth and 1 cup water to a boil. Add the rinsed quinoa. Lower heat, and simmer until all the liquid is absorbed.
