Lemon Italian Chicken

Ingredients
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts1 c. Lite Italian dressing1 tbsp Lemon juice1 sm red pepper1 sm green pepper1 sm yellow pepper (optional)1 sm onion
Directions
chop peppers and onions (not to small) and put in large frying pan with italian dressing and lemon juice. let cook, covered about 8 minutes before adding chicken breasts. Add desired seasonings. (i just use salt and pepper and maybe a hint of italian seasoning. Serve with boiled potatoes and your favorite vegitable for an enjoyable quick meal
