Zoe's Veggie-Bison Soup

Ingredients
1 lb Bison, cooked, trimmed of all visible fat, & cubed 1 16-oz package Frozen Soup Mix Vegetables (carrot, potato, corn, green beans, peas, limas, okra, celery, onion) 1 16-oz package Frozen Peas & Carrots 2 quarts Beef or Bison Broth, fat free & reduced sodiumYour preferred soup seasonings- I like garlic, thyme, and marjoram
Directions
Put everything in the crockpot on medium and allow to cook for at least 5 hours. (Or throw it in a soup pot on the stove, add an extra 2 cups of water, bring it to a full boil, then reduce heat, put the lid on, and simmer for at least 45 minutes.)
