Ingredients
3 medium Banana, fresh (the browner the better)1 1/2 tsp Baking Powder 1/2 tsp Baking Soda 4 tbsp Chocolate, Nestle Real Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips 2.5 cup dry Oatmeal (plain) 1/3 cup Maple Syrup 1 cup Sour Cream 2 tbl Flax Seed Meal (ground flax) 6 tbl Water, tap
Directions
Mix all ingredients together and put in muffin tin with or without paper wrappers

Oven at 400
Makes 12 muffins
Bake for 15 min
