4 oz Orzo, Barilla, uncooked 1.0 cup kernels Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen 1.75 cup Hunt's Fire Roasted Diced Tomato 1.75 cup Bush's, Black Beans 0.50 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1 tsp Cumin seed 57 grams Boca Ground Burger
Boil Orzo and frozen corn for 9 minutes. Brown chopped onion. Drain Pasta and corn. Add remaining ingredients. Add 1 tablespoon chili powder. Salt and pepper to taste. I add BOCA veggie crumbles(helps him think he's getting ground beef).
