3.0 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh2.0 cup Beef Broth - Swanson Low Sodium3.0 fl oz Rose Wine6.0 tsp Garlic16.0 oz Tyson boneless, skinless chicken breastSalt & pepper to taste
Salt and pepper your chicken to taste. Heat frying pan and sear chicken breast until about half cooked, remove from pan. Add in mushrooms and garlic and stir around for about 5 minutes, add in your marsala wine and stir for 1 minute, add in beef broth and stir together. Place your chicken back in the pan pushing it down into the broth. Cook until mushrooms are tender and sauce has reduced by half. Serve over garlic smashed potatoes or pasta. Happy eating!
