Per person,1 Big red pepper1 Onion1 Tomato1 table spoon olive oliBalsamic vinegar to tasteSalt to taste
The easiest of the yummiest salad.
Place all the ingredients in a tray in a preheated oven at 150c for about 45 mins.
Peel the peppers and onions when still warm so its easier to peel.
Cut them into strips and place them in a bowl.
Make a dressing with the oil, vinegar and salt and poor it into the salad.
Let cool down in the fridge and eat.
For more nutrition poor a can of tuna into it so you can have it as main.
