Ingredients
1/4 cup ground almonds1 cup quick (non instant) oats3/4 cup nonfat dried milk powder1/2 cup soy flour2 scoops of your favorite protein powder (I used chocolate)1 egg 1/4 cup DaVinci SF syrup (I used Hazelnut)1/2 cup SF Pancake syrup1/4 cup vegetable oil*SF = Sugar Free
Directions
Makes 9 servings.
Coat a 8 x 8 cake pan with nonstick cooking spray. I also put parchment paper on the bottom to make for an easier removal.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Mix dry ingredients and blend well. In a separate bowl combine the egg, oil and syrups. Add to the dry ingredients. This will be a thick, sticky batter. Transfer batter to pan and pat into place and bake at 350 for 20- 25 minutes (Watch closely starting at 20 minutes. When edges are browned, it's done).

Cool and cut into squares. There is no sugar to act as a preservative, so store refrigerated in an airtight container.
