Ingredients
2.0 tsp Salt2.0 tsp Baking Powder2.0 tbsp Crisco Pure Vegetable Oil4.0 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour2.0 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
Directions
1) Mix dry ingredients. 2) Warm water and vegetable oil to 110°-115°. 3) Combine dry and wet ingredients to make dough. 4) Kneed dough untill it is springy ( do not over kneed) 5) Let rest 15 min then separate to 12 even balls. 6) Heat skillet on medium high heat. 7) Roll balls of dough to 1/8 to 3/16 inch thick. 8) Place on hot skillet until dough blisters then flip over for about a minute or desired color. Serving Size: Makes 12 8-10 inch tortillas
