Ingredients
2.5 serving Sliced New Potatoes 4 serving Ro*Tel Tomatoes 2 serving Corn, canned, Kroger sweet golden corn (1/2 cup serving) 2 cup Hormel Turkey Chili No beans 1 cup Mixed Vegetables, canned 1.0 cup Green Giant Cut Green Beans, can 1.0 cup Great Value reduced sodium black beans 1.0 cup Del Monte Diced Tomatoes, No Salt Added 2 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 16 oz Turkey Burger, Jennie-O 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 oz Bread crumbs, dry, grated, plain 1 tsp Mrs. Dash (R) Original Blend
Directions
mix egg, bread crumbs, turkey burger, seasoning. make into 1/2" meatballs, cook in skillet in Pam, rolling until brown/done.
Mix all can ingredients (low sodium when able) into large pot, liquid and all, and 2 cups of additional water. Add meatballs and simmer until heated through on low/med heat. Enjoy!
