Creamy Spaghetti Squash

Ingredients
2.0 cup Spaghetti Squash1.5 cup, whipped Heavy Whipping Cream1.0 oz Prosciutto1.0 dash Salt1.0 tbsp Parsley, dried2.0 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil2.0 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, shredded
Directions
Cut Spaghetti squash in half. Place in baking pan. Drizzle olive oil over the squash. Add salt and pepper. Bake at 400° for 45 minutes, uncovered. In large or medium saucepan over medium heat pour whipping cream. Add Parmesan to cream. Stir and let simmer for a moment. Add herbs, prosciutto and squash to cream. Coat the squash with cream. Lower heat to a simmer. When the cream thickens remove the squash crop the pan into a plate or bowl
