Ingredients
16 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted 2 tsp (C) Garlic, minced (by SHEILAHARVILLE) 1 large Onions, raw 1 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper 2 cup Mushrooms, canned 2 cup Beans, red kidney 6 cup Canned Tomatoes 0.25 cup Tomato Paste 1.5 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken Broth 100 gram(s) Chilli Seasoning El Paso (by MORSEE) 1 tbsp Honey 0.5 tsp Cinnamon, ground .5 tsp Pepper, red or cayenne 1 tbsp Chili powder 74 gram(s) bell pepper, red, sweet, raw
Directions
Prepare a large pot, drizzle touch of olive oil in bottom of pan. Saute the chicken when almost cooked through add garlic, diced onion and green and red peppers. Once chicken is cooked through, pull it out and shred before returning to the pot. Pour in chicken broth, tomatoes, tomato sauce, chili seasoning, chili powder, cumin, cinnamon, cayenne pepper, kidney beans and mushrooms. Mix well and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour, covered and stirring occasionally 1/2 hour in to the cooking process, add in cayenne pepper and honey, removed from heat and let cool.
