Ingredients
12.0 oz Shrimp, raw3.0 cup White Rice, long grain, cooked1.0 cup, chopped Carrots, raw2.0 tbsp chopped Onions, raw3.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw1.0 tbsp Soy Sauce2.0 tbsp Coconut Oil - Nutiva Organic Extra-Virgin Coconut Oil1.0 tsp Salt0.5 tsp Pepper, white0.06 cup Corn Starch
Directions
Cook Rice. Cook carrots and onions in half of the oil. Remove. Cook eggs scrambled. Salt and Pepper shrimp and corn starch and cook in remaining oil. Mix all together with soy sauce
