Skinny Muffin

Ingredients
1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 tsp Leavening agents, baking powder, low-sodium 4 tbsp Bob's Red Mill - Organic Whole Ground Flax Seed Meal 1 tsp Cinnamon, ground 1 1tsp Coconut Oil (melted)1 serving Stevia in the Raw dash of salt (if desired)*You can also add a tbsp. of coca for added flavor!
Directions
Mix ingredients dry ingredients in a coffee mug using a fork
add egg and coconut oil
mix well
microwave for 50 sec
turn mug over, muffin should fall out
slice and add some real butter
