1 serving Ken's Steak House, Lite Raspberry Walnut Vinaigrette Salad Dressing, 2 Tbsp 0.5 cup slices Cucumber (with peel) 1 serving Kroger All Natural Brussles Sprouts (1 serving = 5 sprouts) (by MS-GETFIT) .25 cup kale - Glory chopped kale, fresh .75 serving Mini Sweet Bell Peppers (3 peppers to a svg) .75 cup, chopped Cabbage, red, fresh 1.6 oz Tomato, grape (3oz = appro 12 tomatoes) .75 cup Tossed salad with romaine lettuce
Directions
add salad dressing first than tomato, cucumber then peppers than lettuce etc.... sprinkle with sunflower seeds or walnuts
