Turkey and Rice Medley

Ingredients
16 oz Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean 2 cup Mixed Vegetables, canned 2 cup rice, uncle bens ready whole grain medley brown and wild rice 0.25 tsp Mrs. Dash (R) Lemon Pepper Seasoning Blend 1 dash Pepper, black 6 oz V8 Vegetable Juice, Low Sodium
Directions
Sautée ground turkey. Add vegetables, rice, and seasonings. Simmer for 1 minute. Add V8 juice and let set with no heat for 2 minutes and serve.
