1 serving Chicken-Perdue Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast, 4oz 8 gram(s) Star - Imported Nonpareil Capers (Serving Size = 1 Tsp./20 Capers) 2 thigh, bone and skin removed Chicken Thigh 1 serving Sun-dried tomatoes in Extra Virgin Olive Oil 4 fl oz White Wine 0.20 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour garlic powder - 1 tb
Pound chicken until flat. Dredge chicken in flour mixed with garlic powder. Heat non-stick pan and spray a little olive oil in pan. When pan is hot, add dredged chicken. Cook about 5 minutes until moist on one side, then turn over. After 5 minutes, add wine and let the alcohol burn off. Add tomatoes and capers until hot. Serves two.
