1/2 cup Butter, salted 1/2 cup Granulated Sugar 1/2 cup stevia2 eggs2 large (8" to 8-7/8" long) Banana, fresh1/3 cup Dole - Crushed Pineapple drain juice2 cup all purpose flour pillsbury best1 tsp Baking Powder 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
Directions
In a bowl, cream butter and sugar. Beat in eggs. Stir in banana, pineapple. Combine dry ingredients; stir into creamed mixture just until combined. Spoon into a greased 8-in. x 4-in. loaf pan. Bake at 350° for 65-70 minutes or until bread test done. Cool in pan 10 minutes; remove to a wire rack. Yield: 1 loaf
