0.5 cup Oatmeal, Quaker Oats, Quick 1 Minute, 1/2 cup dry oats0.5 cup Total Vanilla Yogurt0.5 cup Motts Natural Apple Sauce, 4 oz snack cup1.0 tbsp Honey1.0 tsp Vanilla Extract
Directions
Add all ingredients into bowl then scoop contents into mason jar and leave in fridge over night.
