Ingredients
8 oz Sausage, Owens Premium Pork Regular Flavor, 2oz pan fried (by CWZAHN) 1.5 cup, shredded American Cheese 1 cup, whipped Heavy Whipping Cream 6 serving Egg Ex Large Grade A, Sunny Meadow (56g) (by STEVEPL7) 1.5 tsp Salt 1 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Potato, raw .25 cup, chopped Onions, raw
Directions
Using shredder, shred potato. Fry sausage, potato and onion until sausage is done. Whip eggs and milk along with cheese together and pour into round pan. Top egg mixture with remaining ingredients and bake on 350 20 minutes.
