1.0 cup Milk, 1%1.0 tsp Salt0.5 cup Canola Oil0.75 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap1.5 tsp Baking Powder1.5 tsp Baking Soda0.75 cup Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened1.33 cup Granulated Sugar4.5 tsp Granulated Sugar1.25 cup Flour, white0.5 cup Whole Wheat Flour2.0 serving Amaretto, 1 fl. oz.4.0 serving Amaretto, 1 fl. oz.2.0 serving Market Pantry Large eggs2.0 tsp almond extract
Reserve 4.5 teaspoons sugar and 4 ounces Amaretto for the glaze. Mix remaining cake ingredients. Pour into prepared (spray with baking spray) bundt pan. Batter will be thin! Bake at 350°F for 50-60 minutes.
When cake is done (leave in pan), heat 4.5 tsp sugar and 4 oz.amaretto in saucepan. Boil for about 5 minutes, until reduced to 1/4 cup. Brush glaze on bottom of cake, then remove from pan onto plate. Brush remaining glaze on top of cake.
