(by SARAPOTTER) 1 dash Pepper, black 1 dash Salt 0.25 tsp Goya Adobo All Purpose Seasoning w/pepper (1/4 tsp) (by DGORDON07) 1 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
wash meat and add ingredients make sure liquid covers meat and cover simmer for about one hour until meat is tender.
