48 oz Tyson boneless, skinless chicken breast 1.75 cup Del Monte Diced Tomatoes, No Salt Added 8 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar, Aged Sweet Vinegar of Modena Italy, (Colavita) (by FUZZY1KERR) 1 1tsp Olive Oil 1 tbsp Basil 1 tbsp Rosemary, dried 1 tbsp Oregano, ground .5 tsp Thyme, ground .5 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw 4 tsp Tastefully Simple Garlic Garlic (by GRUMPYGRAMS)
Pour olive oil in bottom of slow cooker. Add chicken. Season with salt free seasoning. Top with onions. Sprinkle dried herbs and Garlic over. Top with tomatoes. Cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4.
Serve over brown rice (not included in nutrition info) and with a salad.
