1.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw1.0 large Egg Yolk0.5 tsp Garlic powder0.25 tsp Nutmeg, ground0.25 tsp Pepper, black0.5 tsp Salt0.25 cup Tomato Sauce16.0 oz Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean4.0 serving Kraft Fresh Take Italian Parmesan Cheese & Breadcrumb mix2.0 serving 100% Grated Parmesan & Romano Cheese (Kroger) serv=2 tsp
In bowl, mix all ingredients together. Roll into 1 inch balls. Place on baking sheet and bake @ 400° for 15-20 minutes.
