4 cup White Rice, long grain, cooked 4 serving Mixed Vegetables, Bird's Eye Steamfresh Frozen 2/3 cup corn, carrots,peas, green beans 1 large Onions, raw 3 clove Garlic 6 slices (1" dia) Ginger Root 1 tsp Turmeric, ground 1 tsp Cumin seed 1 tsp Curry powder 2 tbsp Crisco Pure Vegetable Oil 1/2 tsp salt
heat a wok
add oil
bloom spices in slightly-heated oil
add onions; fry till wilted and brown
add ginger and garlic
add cooked rice and mixed vegetables
simmer for 5-7 minutes until rice and vegetables are heated
