Ingredients
4.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw1.0 serving gv mushrooms pieces and stems1.0 oz jalapeno slices1.0 cup Spinach, fresh2.0 medium (4-1/8" long) Scallions, raw1.0 oz roastedred peppers sweet0.5 cup kraft fat free cheear
Directions
Mix all ingredients, leaving half the cheese. Cook n 350 til done. Pull out of the oven and sprinkle on remining cheese. Pop back in the oven to melt the cheee and enjoy.
