Ingredients
1.75 cup Beans, black 1.75 cup Beans, red kidney 3 serving Beans, Kidney beans dark red 3 serv can 1.75 cup GOYA Chick Peas (Garbonzo Beans) 1.75 cup Green Giant White Shoepeg Corn 1 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper 74 gram(s) bell pepper, red, sweet, raw 1 serving Yellow Bell Pepper, 1 serving equals 1.8 oz or about 10 strips 1 serving Bell Pepper - Orange - 1 large (3 - 3.75 inches) (by GARYO12) 66 small Black Olives, canned (small-extra large) 8 tbsp Crisco Pure Vegetable Oil 24 serving Subway Vinegar 24 tsp Granulated Sugar 1 lime yields Lime Juice
Directions
Rinse and drain all canned veggies. Cut small olives in half. Dice peppers and onion into bean-size pieces. Combine and stir thoroughly. Mix sugar, vinegar, oil, and lime juice to combine. Stir into salad mixture and refrigerate.
