6 serving Granny smith apple - 1 med. apple 1 tsp Cinnamon, ground 0.5 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 0.25 tsp Leavening agents, baking powder, low-sodium 0.25 tsp Baking Soda 16 tbsp Agave | Wholesome Sweeteners | Organic Blue Agave 1 cup Rice flour, white 0.062 cup Rice flour, white 16 tbsp *Flax Seed 0.5 cup Olive Oil
1) Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C)
2) peal core and slice apples
3)in a 9" cake pan add apples, agave, rice flour(0.062 cup) and cinnamon together. add water as needed
4)in a separate bowl combine i cup rice flour, flax seed, baking soda, baking powder, and olive oil. place on top of apple mixture.
5) bake for 1 hour. serve hot to warm depending on preference
