Janie's Vegetable Soup

Ingredients
1.5 cup, diced Celery, raw 2 cup, chopped Carrots, raw 8 oz Onion, sweet, raw 2 cup, chopped Cabbage, fresh 2 cup, chopped Kale 2 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh 1 cup, chopped or diced Broccoli, fresh 1 tbsp Turmeric, ground (more or less depending on your preference)1 tsp Pepper, black 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 6 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Red Ripe Tomatoes 8 serving Pacific Natural Foods Organic Low Sodium Chicken Broth, 1 cup
Directions
Put all ingredients in a crockpot. Cook on low for about 8 hours.
