Simple Black Bean &Rice

Ingredients
3.5 cup Bismati Rice (by ERSANE3) 2 cup Beans, black 1 tbsp chopped Shallots 1 clove Garlic 0.5 cup, chopped or diced Broccoli, fresh 1 small (5-1/2" long) Carrots, raw 1 lime yields Lime Juice 1 tsp Sriracha Hot Sauce (Rooster sauce) 1 tbsp Oregano, ground 1 1tsp Olive Oil 1 tbsp Cilantro, dried 1.5 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
Directions
Sauté finely chopped 1-shallot and garlic.
Add very finely chopped carrot and when broccoli, stirring regularly.
Squeeze 1/2 lime as ingredients dry.
Add pre-cooked rice.
Add drained and rinsed black beans.
Add hot sauce to taste.
Add cilantro and oregano (to taste).
Squeeze other 1/2 of lime.
Add 1/2 cup to one cup of water to add moisture, but not soupy.

Serving Size: makes 5 1-cup servings
