Cheesy Chicken, Broccoli, & Rice Casserole

1 cup rice (cooked)1 cup oat groats (cooked)1 cup wheat berry kernels (cooked)2 cup, chopped or diced Broccoli, fresh 6 cups cream of chicken soup12 ounces chicken breast1 tbsp Coconut Oil 4 ounces Provolone Cheese
Ahead of time, mix and cook rice, oat groats, and wheat berry kernels. Spread the grain mixture in the bottom of a glass baking dish. Top with broccoli. Cut chicken into small pieces and cook in coconut oil. Pour chicken and juices over the broccoli and rice. Top with slices of provolone cheese. Pour cream of chicken soup over all and bake at 375 for 25 minutes or until hot throughout.
