1/2 cup Quaker Oats Old fashioned Oat meal 1/2 cup Silk cashew milk unsweetened 1 Tbsp Bob's Red Mill - Chia seeds 1 Tbsp serving Libbys Pumpkin Puree 1/4 or 1/2 tsp Pumpkin Pie spice (to your taste)1 Tbsp Fage Total 0% Fat Free Plain Greek Yogurt 1/2 tsp Pyure Organic Stevia all-purpose sweetener
Directions
Mix all ingredients in a bowl or mason jar cover and let sit in the refrigerator overnight. Enjoy the next morning.
