Ingredients
3.5 cup black beans 2 cup sweet corn1/4 cup onion, very small dice 1 cup Green Chili Peppers, canned or chopped 1 1/2 cup diced tomatoes, canned or chopped1 Tbs Cilantro, dried 1 Tbs Chili powder 1 Tbs fresh lime juice
Directions
Rinse well and drain black beans.
Combine all ingredients and mix well.

Serving Size: makes sixteen 1/2 cup servings
