Fat Smash Oatmeal Pancakes (Phase 1)

Ingredients
1 serving Apples and Cinnamon Oatmeal (Trader Joe's) (by 4NDREAROSE) 1 serving oatmeal - trader joe's organic cinnamon spice (by GABINDRELL) 3 serving Egg white, large 1 tsp Vanilla Extract 2 tsp Cinnamon, ground
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
Mix until all items are combined.
Use a Soup serving spoon to put batter into pan.

Note:: The batter won't be "smooth" like regular pancake batter. Thats OK, make sure all ingredients are coated with the egg.

Serving Size: Makes 9 3 inch pancakes
