1 cup Bob's Red Mill White Whole Wheat Flour (by FIVEPEPPERS) 2 tbsp Truvia Baking Blend (by JDADDY73) 1 tsp Baking Powder .5 tsp Salt 1 tsp Apple Pie Spice (by REBECCAF62) .5 cup Butter, salted, softened .75 cup Milk, nonfat (skim milk) 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 567 gram(s) Duncan Hines Wilderness Lite Cherry Pie Filling & Topping, 20 oz can
Combine flour, truvia blend, baking powder, salt, apple pie spice, butter, milk and egg. Beat well. Pour into a well greased 9 inch pie plate. Pour fruit filling into the center of batter to within 1 inch of the edge. Sprinkle with additional sugar, if desired. DO NOT STIR!
Bake at 375 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
