Banana walnut muffins

Ingredients
1.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw3.0 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh1.0 cup pieces or chips Walnuts1.0 tsp Baking Soda0.25 cup Honey1.0 serving Dannon Oikos Greek Yogurt, Vanilla, 5.3oz4.0 serving Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour - per 1/4 Cup4.0 serving Gnc total lean Leandro shake 25, Banana
Directions
Mash bananas. Add banana and all wet ingredients to a blender and mix. Add dry ingredients slowly and mix till combined. Fold in walnuts Spray muffin tins with oil. Fill muffin tins about 3/4 full. Baker at 350 degrees for 20-25mins. Serving Size: Make 12 servings
