Sweet potato soup

Ingredients
1.0 cup, diced Celery, raw2.0 cup, chopped Carrots, raw4.0 cup, cubes Sweet potato6.0 cup Chicken stock, home-prepared2.0 tbsp Canola Oil1.0 tsp Cinnamon, ground
Directions
Fry onion, carrot and celery in oil until tender. Add sweet potatoes, broth, and cinnamon. Boil until tender. Blend smooth and serve.
