Crustless Sausage & Cheese Quiche

Ingredients
8 serving Laughing Cow Light Creamy Swiss Original Cheese (Serving = 1 wedge) 8 serving 1 large egg (per the egg board) 50g 4 oz Cheese - Kraft Sharp Cheddar - Block 12 oz Jimmy Dean Maple Sausage 4 tbsp Meadow Gold Heavy Cream 4 tbsp Darigold Half and Half 0.25 tsp Onion powder 8 tbsp Daisy Light Sour Cream
Directions
preheat oven to 325

brown sausage in pan on stove and drain

grease 9x13 pan and spread cooked sausage along bottom evenly

top with shredded cheddar cheese and sliced swiss wedges

in a mixing bowl, beat eggs with sour cream, half and half, heavy cream, salt, pepper, and onion powder

slowly pour mixture over sausage and cheese in baking dish

bake at 325 for 55 minutes (until edges are golden brown and center is set)

remove from oven and let cool at least 10 minutes before serving
