Ingredients
1 box Family size Rice A Roni Rice Pilaf1 pkg 8 oz sliced baby portabella mushrooms1/2 cup cooked turkey sausage2 medium tomatoes, 8 wedges each cut in half1 1/3 cup of BirdsEye Steamfresh Asparagus, Gold & White Corn, Baby Carrots
Directions
Cook Rice Pilaf according to package directions for 17 minutes, but add portablla mushrooms after water boils before lowering to simmer & cover. Add cooked turkey sausage, tomatoes, & vegetables. Cover and cook 5 more minutes.
