6 - 4 oz Boneless Pork Loin Chops 1 cup Panko (Japanese style bread crumbs ), 1 tsp Onion powder 1 tsp Chili powder 1 tsp Garlic powder 2 large Eggs, beaten
Heat oven to 425°. Line baking sheet with foil, spray with cooking spray.
Dip each chop in beaten egg, then dredge in panko crumbs. Place on baking sheet and put in the middle of the oven.
Bake 15-20 minutes until done.
