23 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted .75 cup Cream Cheese 19 tbsp Sour Cream, reduced fat 1 cup Salsa 1.5 cup Spinach, fresh 1.5 cup, shredded Colby Cheese
Combine chicken, cream cheese, sour cream, salsa, chop up spinach, add shredded colby jack cheese.
Cook for 30 min. 350, serve with Salsa and Guacamole
