Flourless Banana Chocolate Cake

1 cup mashed Banana (2 large, very ripe)1 large Egg1 tsp Vanilla Extract 1/4 cup melted Coconut Oil 1 tbsp Cornstarch 1/4 tsp Baking Powder 1 tsp Baking Soda 1 tsp Cinnamon, ground 1/4 tsp Allspice 1/2 cup, packed Brown Sugar 2 cup Old Fashioned Oats (1 1/2 cup oat flour)1/4 cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips 1/4 cup Walunt pieces or chips
Preheat oven to 350*
Line 8 X 8 banking pan with parchment.
Grind oats in a food processor until they are the consistency of flour.
Stir together mashed banana, egg & coconut oil, mixing until completely combined.
Add in cornstarch, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon & allspice. Stir until completely combined.
Stir in brown sugar and oat flour. Mix until there are no chunks of oats.
Stir in chocolate chips and/or nuts, if desired.
Pour into baking pan and bake for 25-30 minutes, until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Let cool
