Ingredients
1 cup Frozen Berries - Kirkland Nature's Three Berries 0.125 tbsp Bob's Red Mill Xanthan Gum (Thickener) 1 tbsp serving (by ADDICTED2DONUTS) 1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh 5 tbsp Cinnamon, ground 1 tsp Nutmeg, ground 1 tsp Vanilla Extract .5 cup, hulled Sunflower Seeds, without salt 2 tbsp Flax Seed - Hodgson Mill Milled Flax Seed Water, tap (fill to desired level)2 serving Stevia in the Raw
Directions
Put all ingredients into a mason jar or "magic bullet" type blender, add water until nearly full (total of one liter - the size of most mason jars), and blend until smooth.
