1.5 cup Almond Milk - Silk Original 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 tsp Baking Powder 1.25 cup Flour, white
Combine:
1 1/2 c almond milk
1 large egg
1 TSP baking powder
1 1/4 c all purpose flour
Lightly oil frying pan and heat on medium. Measure 1/2 c mix per pancake. Flip pancake when small bubbles form on top. If the pancake is browning too much then turn down the heat. Top with your favorite fruit, syrup, or brown sugar and butter. Toppings not included in nutritional info.
